  1. People are shooting heroin and other drugs more than ever before. Most likely it was just tossed recklessly by a neighborhood junkie not thinking about it. You find more needles around places that are more sympathetic to the needle. Not surprised this was where it was, but really man if you used needle drugs find a way to dispose of the shit more responsibly. Kid might find that and get fucking hep c or hiv or something.
