  1. The irony to be found in the statement "Most of y'all parents are dumb". And in the context that she's a teacher... accusing their parents of being dumb... with unbelievably poor grammar. I can't really tell what kind of teacher she is based on any clues in the classroom or anything but I can just about guarantee she's not an English teacher. EDIT: oh nevermind, I didn't hear the girl the first time but apparently it's a chemistry class.

  2. I had a history teacher back during the election between George W. Bush and John Kerry back in 2004 and he was very outspoken about his conservative political views. He actually put up an election poster for Bush on the front door to the classroom and he nearly got fired over it. They basically told him to take it down or put up another one of John Kerry. He just ended up putting up a poster for John Kerry rather than take it down but I wonder if he was tempted to take it down at first.
