I guess it wouldn't be legal to report the guy who is literally driving around town with the box in his car with his buddies, bragging about carrying a gun on him and also basically browsing all the vehicles looking for potential things to break into the car and get. The gun probably wasn't even legal, even an anonymous tip might have actually achieved some real justice.

  2. you should make version 4.0 also place a call to the actual authorities with the GPS location of the box and a tip saying "If they smell like a skunk, you found him"
