It's just mind boggling to me like you can point to statistics and everything but these people still think they're making the intelligent move by opting out of the vaccine. Some of the nurses are even saying it's hard to even treat them compassionately anymore. I think that's the solution, maybe. Treat them with the opposite of compassion. Treat them, yes. You have to for ethical and I guess legal reasons. But make it known that you do not want them there and you are deeply ashamed of their stubbornness and stupidity. Like to the point where they're gasping and wheezing and asking for some respite, roll your eyes and pretend like you didn't hear them and then if they keep it up just be like "Someone will be right with you. Thanks. Hush now." They're doing it to themselves AND others and they don't care. So why should I or why should medical personnel care either? I wouldn't even be opposed to a closed door policy to people who opt out of the vaccine. They wanna handle it themselves -- let them handle it themselves.
