  1. So in Naples that's not the Italian Mafia that you're thinking of necessarily. A lot of people don't realize there's actually more than one Italian based Mafia. In Naples aka Northern Italy though it's not La Cosa Nostra, aka LCN, which is what represents most of the Italian American Mafia. In Northern Italy it's run by the Comorra.
