  1. The scariest part of this story is the fact that they slowed down and scoped you out first before making that corner and ultimately shooting at someone else. And that it was nighttime. If it was some other shooter you may have gotten shot as well "just in case" you were the target. They don't care who they hit apparently, even children are getting caught in the crossfire in some cases, that's the saddest part of all to me. It really is a warzone there.

  2.  @tagheuerwoods6241  Exactly it's not that simple in reality, people who aren't renting and who actually bought their houses are in the worst predicament of all because ... in order to move, generally speaking, one must first sell their property. The truth of the matter is people in that boat CAN'T move because nobody in their right mind is going to buy a house in the neighborhoods people are going to be the most desperate to escape in the first place. That's what you call the definition of "stuck".

Nope, I think that might be just about the only thing that would get them to stop. Jesus rolls in and is like "Have you not learned a thing from me? If you spill my blood one more time, when you die, and you will die, you will spend the rest of eternity in the lake of fire, having been banished from my Kingdom for your transgressions against your brothers and sisters and to me."
