  2. Shane Smith is the original OG when it comes to North Korea. I guess it's slightly more lax now (if you can even say that to begin with) but some things never change -- you're only filming what they want you to film. Period. Nothing else. If you get caught trying to film anything else (something Shane has done and not been caught, yet they don't seem to care now almost as if they weren't following VICE's videos about them at all) you are in deep shit.
