I don't think we'll have another Freddie Mercury again in the next century, honestly. There have been great frontmen who came up in their own right who are all legends as well, but there will never, NEVER be another Freddie at least not in our lifetimes. That level of genius only comes around every so often. The kind that absolutely cannot help but fight it's way out of you and into whatever you want to do with it creatively.

Here's the thing, I do think Freddie was mostly gay. Obviously. Like if everyone is actually in fact really bisexual but we all fall on spectrums, he was like 90-100% gay I imagine but he did love the first girlfriend he had while he was resisting those urges I guess. It didn't take long for him to stop resisting it altogether though, which is the way that it should've gone but even in his case I think he was having wild sex parties with basically everyone, including the occasional woman or two. But no I think it's undeniable that as we all develop our preferences, by and large he preferred men but I almost don't believe in 100% gay or straight in anyone. I think there's love and what humans have the capacity to do with it, or lack thereof.
