  2. I heard that 99% of the time the machines are NOT broken they are just required to clean them more often than the employees would prefer to. Sometimes they just don't feel like it, other times it might be in the middle of being cleaned but it's just easier for them to tell you "Sorry the ice cream machine is broken" than to tell you what's really going on.
