I don't think he or any of the candidates realize like, right now I can't stand any of them and I can't see myself voting for any of them, let alone any of them having a reasonable chance at beating Trump. And yeah, that's considering how bad Trump is and how it seems like he's actively trying to sabotage himSELF for 2020, but the fact is he's the incumbent president and incumbents have a 90% re-election rate when it comes to President. THAT BEING SAID if any of them says they'd make the federal legalization of cannabis one of the first priorities, citing the "economic boon" it would represent or any other excuse, I instantly will be come a single issue voter and they will have my support until they don't follow through with it. At this point, there's basically zero reason to not legalize it.

  2. Marijuana is only a gateway drug under this illegal status that it currently has. And the only reason that is is that because it's illegal, you inherently have to go to someone who isn't worried about breaking the law to provide it to you. This same person by extension probably has no problem breaking the law to give you a few other party favors, especially once you get to know them better. I know five people personally who got into pills because the guys that sold them pot were mainly only selling it to pay for their own pill habits, etc., either that or there's more money when you get someone hooked on something vs the relative innocence of cannabis.
