He was making arrangements for it, donating to both political parties hoping to get some clemency in that way but once everyone started taking their money out at once over rumors and fears it uncovered the plot sooner than it may have prior to that. Bernie Madoff got caught in a similar way, the recession ended his little ponzi scheme sooner than it may have otherwise.

He won't get much time for this I hope you all realize this, the white collar criminals wrote the book on committing REAL crimes and getting as minimal time as possible for it.

  4. Heard it on the news last night. The dude was in the Bahamas. Scheduled to speak before Congress today (the next day from the arrest). Someone thought this guy was a flight risk and probably for good reason, if he managed to dip entirely he could go to a non-extradition country in theory and NEVER see justice. Too late sucka!
