That is the funny thing too they're going to create a rift within their family that will likely never be truly fixed, and if one or the other decides to sue then they both are going to be broke at the end of the day with their lawyers being the only one ironically who were in possession of the money anymore after all was said and done.

  2. Also when and if she loses I am pretty sure she'd have to pay the defendant's attorney's fees as well as her own. So yeah she'd end up with nothing in the best case scenario, in debt worst.
