  2. You should do Gus Fring. Maybe in a double-header episode that also talks about Walter White because I believe Walter White was more evil than Gus Fring was. Both were evil, but Walt was definitely worse.

Daniel Plainview is an atheist can be explained best by the intro of the film as well as the fact that he is a narcissist and narcissists quite literally worship themselves by definition, leaving no room for something else like a deity or something. But he was laying there at the bottom of that crude mineshaft he built himself, leg broken, and this "God" did not answer his prayers if he said any at all. He didn't spring forth from the heavens to come rescue him. No, Daniel saved HIMSELF.

  5. This movie was an instant classic when it came out around 2006 or 2007. My girlfriend at the time and her family were huge film buffs, we went and saw this one twice. I will never forget the first time I saw the ending exchange between Daniel Plainview and the preacher kid. My jaw was literally on the floor.
