  1. The concept of uniform was introduced to avoid social, economical and financial barriers. Like if there was no uniform, a rich student may wear branded clothes and a poor one would wear cheap clothes and they could be discriminated for their attire, the rich ones would bully the poor ones, the teachers can be partial and treat poor students as trash and rich ones with love for the sake of money, the upper caste students can make fun of lower caste, students may have a sense of competition in case of clothing, might focus more on looks than studies etc etc. Therefore uniform was implemented so create social harmony. But a few things that hold serious religious value and are compulsory for a particular religion like hijab, turbun etc has to be allowed. Bcoz thats not something that u wear for fashion but its something that u believe in and follow, and ryt to follow religion is a constitutional right. If a muslim girl wearing hijab and a non muslim girl, is taught the same thing and treated the same way there is no question of unequality. India is a diverse country with many religions and young students must know how to respect religious compulsions from a young age inorder to prevent them from harassing other ppl based on their religion in the future. The question isnt even abt equality, religion or women ryts, its all politics thats brainwashing the youth for their own convience by going against their own constitution. All of that unity in diversity shit is useless at this point. Ppl need to understand that culture can be followed outside schools but religion is something that must be followed at all times.

  2. Banning hijab in schools for equality" they make it seem like a tiny thing. Many hindus here are arguing that even we are not allowed to wear religious ornaments in schools in order to maintain uniformity then why shd muslims wear. Living in india for yrs and being surrounded by muslims, u ppl didnt understand a basic thing that hijab in islam is a compulsory religious clothing and not just optional. Its not something that we wear, but its something that we believe. Many muslims dont wear it, thats a different story, but the ones who do, strongly believe that not wearing it is sinful. Its a obligation given by our religion and ppl who come against this obligation definitely disrespect islam. And according to our constitution no religion is supposed to be disrespected in India. So i dont understand how are ppl using constitution in order to justify the ban on hijab......its all just politics thats using these young students to cause religious riots and intolerance. All of the education we gained through our social studies books is absolutely pointless. And yes i absolutely dont understand why are we bringing the topic of hindus in Pakistan in every topic, Pakistan is a way behind india. The matter of concern is the biggest democracy of the world is going against its own constitution for political convience and destroying youth mind. Religion is not even the concern here bcoz i personally dont think young female students covering their hair is harmful for the country in any way.
