@benet9582 thats not true. Wife is the responsibility of husband, which means he is supposed to provide his wife with his duties. Husband wont be considered responsible for his wife's actions, it is no where mentioned in the quran. It is mentioned that mother will be partially held responsible for the actions of her children. And no the first option is to talk and guide the wife islamically if she is wrong and last option is to raise voice at her. Spanking is no option. Prophet pbuh never ever hit any of his wives and he is considered ideal for all men. If ur wife is severely wrong, she will be punished accordingly by Allah. Guiding ur wife/husband is ur duty but if they dont listen, then its Allah's duty to punish them, not urs

@L L bro I'm a muslim who lives in saudi arabia and read Quran with translation at the age of 10. And many more times till now, alhumdulilah. You dont even know how to spell "Quran"😂 dont come here to critise anything....here the topic itself is different. Our religion or prophet is not the problem, the problem is some disgusting narcissistic men use religion upto their own convience and misguide ppl. Women have been given a very high status in islam

@L L well in some societies men r still brought up with narrow minded thinking so i cant do anything abt it. Islam as a religion has given women a very high status. Now some ppl dont follow it so wat can we do abt it🤷‍♀️

Doesnt mean if ur husband is cheating on u, u shd ALLOW him to officially cheat on u by letting him marry multiple wives. Its her choice if she is ok with polygamy or not. And yes, not every man cheats. There r millions who r genuinely loyal, love their one and only wife and are satisfied.

@abdussamadgalog8650 i will InshaAllah definitely marry when i find a ryt man, who would love me and always be loyal to me, if i couldn't find a man like that, i would rather stay single than to share a husband. And i am a woman with self respect, also a muslim and would never go for a one night stand. If my husband cheats on me, i would obviously divorce him and move on.

Best Movies i never said ik islam better than anyone. I simply shared my information of wat ik, and which i have cross checked with multiple sources and actual Quran itself (not some dumb website, and copy pasted modified verses like others do) all i believe is, islam is fair to all and Allah is Al 'Adl (The utterly just)

@lindaluke660 nope men r cannot marry any random women, there r variety of conditions upon it, that disgusting men do not follow. Islam didnt introduce polygamy. It already existed in many religions, islam limited its number and put up variety of conditions upon it...but narcissistic men dont read that part in our holy books.

@Pradyumna-e8r bro exactly. U can marry only an oppressed woman and take up her responsibilities provided the first wife is ok with it. Polygamy has many restrictions in islam. And its allowed for a very specific reason of protecting certain woman not for men to fulfil their desires. U can gladly blame men who go into polygamy but pls dont blame the entire religion without proper knowledge

@lindaluke660 ur history is probably very weak. Even Christianity and hinduism allows polygamy not just islam. Islam has many limitations for polygamy and many conditions, which if not fulfilled polygamy becomes haram. Its not encouraged in our religion at all. U can blame men who go into polygamy but dont blame the entire religion without proper knowledge

@lindaluke660 we muslims also believe in jesus. We call him a prophet, we also believe he is gonna comeback 40 yrs before the end of the world. Its just that we dont consider him as god. Pls stop with ur criticism...as a Christian u must know that there r many contradictory and controversial statements in bible as well. And Christianity also allows polygamy, u must know that too. See it would be better u stop with all this hate. If u dislike a religion, dont follow it. But do not disrespect anything for the sake of humanity.

@lindaluke660 so many things u say in ur argument are literally stereotypes that some muslims follow NOT wat is mentioned in quran. See there r many modified verses of quran on the internet, u can never judge unless u actually read the physical book. I have nothing against u, and i totally support u for standing up for women ryts. But majority things u mentioned r cultural, which r followed in backward societies and some internet influencers brainwash muslims. Our religion doesnt teach majority things u mentioned. In the quran both "man " and "woman" are mentioned 24 times, which shows god considers both to be equal. U clearly lack knowledge on many terms, and i honesty wont waste my time providing u knowledge....the quran is good, the bible is good, jesus is good and teachings of prophet Muhammad were also good. The problem only lies in the disgusting mentality of some ppl, which will never change.
