He started out at his mother's Title Agency, and learned from the contract side up, instead of the other way around! Wish you well in your endeavors, and be sure to travel overseas while you're young and unattached, it changes you for the better in countless ways! 👍😎

  9. The reward for working the hardest sadly often seems to be MORE work: getting stuck at a certain level, for less money, more responsibilities, and no promotion. Why promote you when you're willing to be a slave for peanuts? Seen this FAR too many times, to the ultimate detriment of a company, and employee. People aren't machines!

  16. GREAT MENTORS ARE PRICELESS. If you look at my resume over the long term, it may look like I career hopped. I simply sought a company/mgmt as invested in me as I was in them. I stayed longest in much underpaid positions because of superior mgmt!
