  2. All of these senators support a ban but where is the legislation? They're kicking it off to the President, which will likely result in the court saying no (like they did with Trump)... which gives the Senators plausible deniability that "We tried to ban it but it's the court's fault that it didn't happen!". They're scared of backlash from half the country that uses tiktok and playing politics. They want to say they tried to ban it but don't want any of the political fallout from it getting banned. Introduce legislation and put your name to a vote. Stop being scared cowards

  3. Thats why it's better called climate change... bc while the average temp is going up - it also means more extreme weather. This also means more extreme cold in some cases
