  1. I'm not sure if you understand that tariff list - but they are NOT reciprocal tariffs. They used a whacky formula that put way higher tariffs on others and even tariffs on countries that have almost no tariffs on us. Some of these countries we have a trade surplus with and some territories where there are no people were tariffed.... Like the penguin island. Read up on this... it is whacky Vietnam has a 5% average tariff rate and we put 45% Japan has a 2% tariff rate and we put a 24% tariff. Australia has none and we put 10% etc etc...
