That is not something Presidents can only use that to halt strikes that threaten national health or safety...but since this just started - it is not warranted yet. Its not the job of presidents to go around like a dictator shutting down strikes. These two parties should be given the opportunity to work it out themselves unless it becomes absolutely necessary for the President to intervene. Read a little first before commenting
