  1. "They don't want to go into debt like the United States" yeah but their actual debt to GDP ratio is 2.5x that of the US. So it could be they're already heeps in debt (hence the cutting the head off the debt-fueled real estate sector) and don't have enough debt capacity like they did in 2015 and 2008. They also love supply-side stimulus and as the gentleman said - that isn't as effective as it used to be when you've built all your roads, airports, bridges, etc...already.
