  2. The girl is spot on. Doubling-down doesn't mean success. First off they don't exactly have the debt capacity post-Zero Covid and they didn't already develop the technology themselves in the first place because it's much much easier to get it elsewhere. We are talking about years if not a decade + for them to "maybe" develop it themselves.... because you can't simply throw a pile of money at research and development and guarantee success.
