  1. Why did they let it get so bad before they decided to do a state bailout fund? They knew this issue was coming with undeveloped properties... what, they just expected people to keep paying their mortgage on a house that didn't exist? Ridiculous

  3. Not if they bail them out... but then that leaves another problem of adding even more debt to already super cash strapped local governments in China. Less immediate probably but still a major problem
