  1. Why do people say dumb stuff like this? Russia's economy is being propped up by China and even then its flat for the last 2 years of growth and the only reason its not negative right now is due to debt spending on its military. There is no economic future in Russia as long as Putin or someone like him is around. 2nd - China has already been de-risking for years while complaining about others doing so. Its called their "dual circulation" policy. Why is it ok for them to de-risk but not others? Absurd
