  1. It's not a cycle.. the problem is structural. These guys just can't wrap their head around that paradigm shift... similar to how financial analysts can't wrap their head around the US central bank keeping interests higher for a long time, since interests were 0% for so long. You get used to how things are and are resistant to a new way of thinking.
