  1. Thank you Lei. The only problem with that gentleman's assessment about "now being the best time to strike" in regards to raising interest rates is.... The Federal Reserve is independent of America's foreign policy. It's raising of interest rates is based on economic data and not US strategic geopolitical goals. I see how he came to that conclusion, but it just doesn't work that way.
