Yeah, at how many lives lost? Very irresponsible to go from one extreme to the other, over night. Should have gave time to prep hospital beds and get the vulnerable vaccinated and boosted

Calm yourself. The video was fine and explained what the title said

@orbitalpotato9940 So I disagree. What you do is tell your population "We are going to start relaxing zero covid in 3 months。 Get vaccinated now" to create urgency You then start preparing medical supplies, ICU beds, doctors, etc. You start educating the public on how to the reduce risks, etc. You then slightly start to relax curbs over time to give the hospital system a chance to get up to speed. All of these things would have saved many lives and hurt the economy much less.

@johnlammergeier2890 Calm yourself.. they have 1.4 (by their estimates) and there is evidence it's actually 1.28. Anyways... They could have a hospital system that could handle their population - if they wanted. Instead, they'd rather spend money on shiny buildings and fancy space shuttles. Listen, I've been to many public Chinese hospitals and they are underfunded. It is 100% the Chinese governments choice to not spend money on them and to spend it elsewhere.

@fleyua7176 first all - you have no idea how many China has dead because they aren't recording. 2nd of all - we have seen estimation of at least 1 million dying. Some estimates are much higher... and there are tons of videos showing that funeral homes are overrun and crematoriums are running day and night. It is absolutely impossible that China isn't going to have massive deaths. With their lack of natural immunity and quality vaccines, + inadequate healthcare and maxed out hospital capacity.. no way to avoid it. Nice try though

@nosuchthing8 Lol in one comment you are saying "They should've had vaccines like Americans" and in this one you are calling Americans stupid. You're a troll

@vhrui904 Lol very unlikely. I bet China won't be 4% gdp 2023 and the vast majority of that will be from debt fueled stimulus through infrastructure. The debt fueled spending is the only reason they did not go into recession this past year. Btw I'm not even Indian, but I am a student of economics and your comment was just ridiculous
