The main issue of what you said - What percentage of China's population is under the age of 25? Where was China at in development when it had 40% of it's population under the age of 25? China's demographics are like a sick lizard. They would be so lucky to have that much of their population under the age of 25... and when they did? Their economic development was poor. I'm not even Indian, but long story short: China's growth is a thing of the past and India's is a thing of the future

Bro you hit the nail on the head and I liked your comment. China has a societal problem of "Get rich quick" that clearly extends to government policies as well. They spent too much, too soon, and cut corners to try and become the #1 power in a short time. Big mistake...

It is... considering: China's level of development, their weak growth last year because of zero covid, and that the 5.5 growth is largely government investment that focuses on increasing supply (not demand), instead of organic consumption and private business investment. So yes, it is

@awesome8975 The west is still growing, smart guy...and doing so with better debt/GDP ratios. For China's level of development - they should have higher organic growth (consumption and private business investment). Their number is largely inorganic, government mandated growth. They use debt to build unproductive assets which actually put them deeper in the hole and hurt them in the longterm.
