  1. The downtown areas of 1st tier cities I'd say are extremely fast-paced... Especially all of the scooters & wai mai guys zipping around, smashing their horns. Haven't been to New York City yet, but I'd agree that's definitely not the reason people are leaving. That is the last thing on their mind
