@wanglei5500 US and its allies do not want their technology to be used to build up a military they may have to fight. If China can get around it, that is their right and all the more power to them.

@wanglei5500 The problem with your term "Chinese sea areas" is that China illegally claims the entire South China Sea as their territory. This is against an international court that said China had no right to the territory. Those waters are international and the waters specifically close to the Philippines is theirs. The CCP does not respect others or international law.. the CCP only cares about its own national interest.

@wanglei5500 But what you're saying is factually false. Many countries lay claim to those areas, but none of them officially own it by law. According to United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS) - those waters are legally international waters. That means that states do not have the right to limit navigation or exercise any control for security purposes.. Any claim needs to be worked out legally in international court, and nobody should be forcing others out of those waters without a court ruling.
