  1. How is the US being expansionist in Ukraine? Russia invaded Ukraine, if anybody is being expansionist its them. What territory is the US trying to capture for itself to expand upon China is also being imperialist/expansionist with its actions in the South China Sea. Your perception of who is being imperialist is way off

  4. What he's saying makes sense on paper, but the issue is Russia has aligned with China long ago and it has bought into the rise of the East and fall of the West narrative. It saw a rising China with interest more aligned with its own and its economic growth benefitting it. Getting Russia on the side of the US against China sounds good, but its a very unrealistic goal.
