Since Congress has bent the knee to Trump, allowing him to legislate by executive order and Trump is blowing off a unanimous Supreme Court ruling, all federal checks and balances have been removed. This is Unitary Executive Theory, the consolidation of unchecked power in the Executive branch, and a main pillar of Project 2025.
