Russia broke their promise from the Budapest Memorandum by invading Ukraine. The US and the UK broke their promise within the Budapest Memorandum by not helping Ukraine against an invader. So who’s more guilty? The one who invaded Ukraine or the one who failed to defend Ukraine from that invader? Are you able to answer that question?
9
@ Yeah, and Putin is a former taxi driver. What’s your point? Do you have one?
4
@IamRus- At least as much as you do.
3
@Ode-to-Odysseus Agreed.
2
@irinar On the flip side of the same coin, Lex didn’t bring up questions that would make Russia look bad, like the mass civilian exe cutions in Bucha or striking the Kyiv Children’s Hospital with two missiles.
2
@Marg0lin Crimean is Crimean, not Russian. Just because Russians own beach condos there doesn’t make it “theirs”.
2
…silence.
2
@LouisThorp-b9m Well phrased. Thank you.
2
@CheSEbalomHohli We're tired of your flaccid Russian excuses. Russia broke both Minsk 1 and 2, as well as the Budapest Memorandum.
1
@ Typical Russian. Trying to weasel out of their agreements. THAT is why nobody except dictatorships will make agreements with Russia. You are literally shooting yourself in the foot.
1
@ Russia broke both Minsk 1 and 2 agreements by restarting military actions. Nice try to rewrite history...but you failed.
1
@dreev4040 Russia invaded Ukraine in Feb 2022.
1
@ktwk-i2w When does the pay start?
1
@Abuser89 “Leased”😂😂😂
1
@TanyaDoro Oh, the classic “Russia is the victim” cry baby tact. Whatever. Russia is getting its due karma for starting this war. We don’t feel sorry for you.
1
@SvitlanaMiller Calling black white is what “Tanya” is paid to do.
1
@K-A_Z_A-K_S_URALA Does it bother you that Putin is using you Russians as disposable “meat pawns” in his personal chess game?
1
@TanyaDoro Which referendum are you referring to? There’s been more than one.
1
@Abuser89 Did Kruschev get Crimea?
1
@andrewkruchini8614 Missing out on what?
1
@TanyaDoro I believe we are agreeing. In the 1991 referendum, the citizens of the Donbas region voted to remain independent of Russia. I acknowledge that.
1
@ktwk-i2w Are you sure that you have the correct person? What comment of mine are you referring to?
1
@ktwk-i2w I don't get paid. Unlike you. Does your conscience ever bother you for doing this line of work? I'm curious.
1
@Abuser89 So Russia got the sea ports but Ukraine got the land mass?
1
@Abuser89 I see that you've got the same response as every other troll today. Must have been on the work memo. So, what was the name of that agreement and what were the terms? Let's get down to the facts, if you're willing to not disappear like all of the other trolls.
1
@Abuser89 I read UN SCR 2202. It provides a framework for the Minsk Agreements. Which Russia promptly violated by sending in more Russian forces into Donetsk and launching a new offensive. SCR 2202 does not mention anything about chemical nor biological weapons. I'm sorry but I cannot blindly accept your vague accusation of "evidence of violations of several critical provisions of international law". An additional reference or two would be required. To date, you have directed me towards the Minsk Agreements, which Russia violated. You will most likely tell me that the reason for Russian violated the Minsk agreement was the unfounded "violations" you listed above. You've gone a lot further than most pro-Putin advocates in explaining your rationale. But without a reference to the "violations" all we know is that Ukraine, Russia, France, and Germany signed a treaty, and Russia broke their word shortly afterwards.
1
@ That is a fair statement. However, it isn’t a bias to have skepticism regarding Putin’s remarks based on recent events.
1
@boris75723 This is all BS. The Russian speaking territories voted to NOT rejoin Russia in a 1991 referendum. Later, Russia invaded the Donbas and held a Russian controlled referendum with armed Russian trooos present. Guess what? Russia won that referendum! See how Russia works?
1
@user-ghostepicdriver Russia deserves Russia. Russia does NOT “deserve” Ukraine. Get out. You are not welcome in Ukraine!
1
@Артур-п9р1ь Piss on Putin’s goals. I’m for the rights of common Ukrainians, not a dictator’s chess game.
1
@AssaBink As long as even more Russians are stupid enough to die for Putin’s imperialism…it will be tough for Ukraine. When are the Russian people going to figure out that they are nothing more than disposable pawns to Putin? Soon? When do you think?Are the Russian people too brainwashed to ever see this?
1
@ЕгорДанилов-п8м ?
1
@kot007 Gazprom is state owned. Gazpromcant fail unless the Russian government is also failing. Think about it.
1
@jamesmonoghan1281 Yeah, that is how it works. If Russia wants to sanction the West, go for it. I’ll drink whiskey instead of vodka.
1
@yellowtunes2756 Translation: “I’ve been sent here to sway the conversation away from Ukraine, Russia, and Putin.”
1
@Mae-nr7wr russian double standards, that’s why this happened in the first place. Your comments are vague and meaningless.
1
@alexmiller23 Hmm, they seem to be pretty profitable. But why would I believe economic reports over a random Russian troll on social media? That would be crazy, right?
1
@ericragnar3069 Ok. Now do the Soviet/Russia list over the same time period.
1
@dudemanbro-fy6ip Correction, YOU don’t agree with Zelensky. However, globally…many more people agree with Zelensky rather than Putin. Putin only has other dictators agreeing with him.
1
@ I’ve already seen those ratings and they’re currently at 52%. Why do all Russians lie so much? Is it a cultural thing?
1
@dudemanbro-fy6ip Why has Putin allied with Kim Jung Un, Ali Khomeini, Al-Assad, and Maduro? Why is Putin only allied with dictators? Are you afraid to answer this question? Are you going to disappear now?
1
@FranciszekJózefjr We both know that Churchill neither liked nor trusted Hitler.
1
@TriggerJim88 No, but all of it (interview and criticisms) go to form the collective opinion. You may as well ask if the engine or the wheels are more important for a car to function.
1
@ Nobody is saying anyone is a saint, we’re just saying that Ukraine’s crimes pale in comparison to the atrocities committed by Russia in terms of sheer volume.
1
@dudemanbro-fy6ip So, you’re theory is that Ukrainians we’re happy to have Russian troops capture their town. Then when the Russians left, the Ukrainian army came in and mass executed Ukrainians and blamed it on the Russians? Dude, you are a terrible troll! Your lies don’t even make sense. And you’re making it worse for Russia and Putin! Get your troll game up to speed or you’ll be in a Storm Z unit soon!
1
@ We may be arguing semantics but your point is a good one and well articulated. Thanks.
1
@Eminence24Kt I do t have to imagine it making sense b/c the analogy makes sense.
1
@protechvideos Most people don’t like bullies.
1
@ Yeah, we’re guilty of past transgressions. But Russia is guilty of not only the same past transgressions but ALSO the atrocities they’re inflicting upon people right now…in this moment. Nice what-aboutism though. I think that’s all you have left at this time.
1
@mikele9878 No, you are.
