  13. @ NATO's Article 5 would be hard to not honor. Even if the US didn't honor their Article 5 agreement, the remaining NATO members likely would. Since the failure of Minsk 1, Minsk 2, and the Budapest Memorandum...it's understandable why Ukraine seeks a NATO guarantee.
