Regarding your first sentence...if Trump would stop telling his lackeys to shoot down bipartisan border bills, the border crisis could have already been mostly fixed! Trump is making the problem worse just because he wants to hold campaign rallies around that issue in order to get elected. If he really cared about solving the border problem, he tell his legislative monkeys to vote yes on bipartisan border bills. It's that simple.

I can't remember the song but it says something like "You see those people on TV. They think they're better than you and you agree". I think that may be part of the mindset that adores Trump. In addition to trying to get the election decided by SCOTUS, Trump’s worshipers working the election will delay vote certification at the county and state level long enough to prevent Harris from getting to 270 EC votes…this will invoke the 12th Amendment. Once the 12th is activated, the MAGA controlled House of Reps chooses the next President according to the Constitution.
