  4. I hand't thought of that. Thanks for that insight. Personally, I think China will nickel and dime Russia more and more as Russia becomes more dependent on them. The Chinese are ruthless in business.

  16. I think that is a dangerous presumption. Clearly, many dictators are smart enough to sway a lot of people to support them. Recognizing how dictators work as well as forming and carrying out actions to counter their rise is the path needed.
