  2. Very clear big picture assessment of American immigration policies, including the "one thing" that will fix illegal immigration. Kudos to you for having the courage to put this into the public sphere.  I'm a registered Republican but I've had enough of these MAGA clowns ruining everything for the rest of us. If anybody wants to get MAGA out, please consider doing what I'm doing...1) Vote non-MAGA in all Republican primaries, even if you have to change your party affiliation, 2) Vote only for strongly anti-MAGA Republicans (there are very few); if there are no anti-MAGA Republicans, vote straight Democrat, 3) Keep repeating this EVERY election cycle until MAGA is over and done with.

  5. I think that Mr. Broe was pretty clear in his presentation. No jobs = no immigrants coming here for jobs. And there is only one way to enforce that.

  6. It's a very successful scare tactic for MAGA, i.e. it wins elections for them. Remember, scare tactics do not have to be consistent or logical. In fact, the more inconsistent and illogical they are, they tend to work even better. @Morristown337

  13. Your logic isn't complete. If we had mandatory jail time (or stiff fines) for any American employer who hires illegal aliens, it's safe to say that the large majority of illegal immigration would drop dramatically, The significantly reduced number of immigrants would allow American border patrol to spend much more time for in-depth investigations into shady immigrants. Contrary to your statement, the border patrol will be able to do their job BETTER if we implemented Mr. Broe's recommendations. You want less illegal immigration, right?

  18. Six figures to get by? Not by any means, your statement is a little over the top. I'm just saying that the immigrant works force works for lower wages than Americans. Paying American workers will result in slightly higher costs for us but not dramatically. @erikvan9582
