@Andy.Smurphy - millions more people want separation of church and state than a religious one, but when you’ve got an election decided by the archaic electoral college and gerrymandering going on, you end up with minority rule in many situations.

@synchronium24 - no, thanks to lab-grown meat! I used to be a vegetarian (and vegan for a bit) for years, and while it felt good then, I have since started to eat WFMB. I love meat, and will continue to eat it. We have been lied to so much about how being vegan is good for the environment and for health, but I probably won’t be able to persuade though, and not really trying to any way. You do you, and I’ll eat meat. BTW - I am a Democrat, and would NEVER vote Republican!

It is absolutely amazing to me how much Republicans make broad generalizations about Democrats and have absolutely no idea what the hell they’re talking about. I love meat and would NEVER vote Republican! Even before Trump, I’ve always believed Republicans were destroying America. Trump just made it waaaay more obvious how corrupt they are and how little they care for anything but themselves.

@bruggeman672 - what do you mean it’s irrelevant? Who cares if she isn’t voting for him? Anyone with half a brain wouldn’t vote for him. Her views are archaic. America needs to move forward with people who support all Americans, so we can be a strong nation… together. Republicans have been destroying this country for DECADES, and conservative values (oxymoron) are the reason.

@bruggeman672 - we need perspectives that actually help and support all Americans and help strengthen us as a nation, not conservative “values,” which is a complete oxymoron. People like her and most Republicans are a dying breed. That’s why they keep fighting so hard to break all the rules and stay in power. The majority of Americans already don’t agree with them, and more and more young Americans are coming with a more progressive outlook. God help us all if Republicans stay in power.

He doesn’t understand how any man could vote Democrat? I don’t understand how ANY kind, caring person who isn’t delusional or downright stupid can vote Republican. If you ACTUALLY pay attention to what they say and do, it’s disgusting and mortifying.

@ocaladan - who cares? Reagan was disgusting! He closed housing for the mentally ill without an alternative; he thought of trickle-down economics, which is a joke; he “borrowed” money from Soc Sec and was the first to not pay it back; he deregulated the food industry and helped even more sugar flood into our food supply, essentially dooming us to ill health (90+% of American adults are metabolically unhealthy due to all the sugar and processed food we consume). He was a stain on society, and it’s disgusting that people actually thought he’d be good for America.

@ChristianMission - this person is talking about at the state level, not for President. At the state level, popular vote is supposed to mean the person wins, but, as usual, Republicans cheat, because they’re losers and cowards.

I agree with the estate tax exemption. When someone dies and wants to leave money to their children as a gift, IMO, none of it should be taxed, not even as income when it’s received. BUT, how about following up on the literally BILLIONS of dollars that the richest owe in regular income taxes? How about taking away all tax loopholes for the rich and no tax cuts at all. The same percent across the board, for everyone, and they ALL pay. That would be amazing!
