@iamvulgar8188 - yes, I would check out Dr. Ken Berry on YouTube. He is now a carnivore, but started out keto and is a huge advocate of everything low carb. He has videos on just about every subject imaginable, including gastro issues. His wife is ketovore (carnivore, with a a few carbs mixed in periodically). They both have healed quite a few things going low carb. You’re one of the “lucky” ones whose doctor actually knows what he’s talking about. Do not go to a nutritionist, as they are just taught the food pyramid, which is a joke!
