All irrelevant there are thousands of things out there that people do everyday that kill, I don't smoke and will not affect me in the slightest but the bigger picture is we can not just settle for governments telling and controlling our choices regardless of what it is, I assume you are a human therefore you have a vice or maybe even multiple vices whether you admit it or not, No government should be able to take that from you
