@advisorynotice western narrative. Just a convenient variant that you like. In reality when I came there in 2015 I was amazed. Very Run down region, it felt like I went 50 years back in time. Ukraine didn't invest anything in the region, just took. It's all different now- new roads, new infrustucture. And I talked to people- they were extremelly happy to be with Russia again. It's a blooming region now. Leave it alone

Same about Crimea belonging to Russia for 200 years- even your Wiki will tell you so. People in Crimea really hate Ukraine- but what proof do you want here? Go there and ask them as I did

@emmanuilushka very simple answer to that- USSR had industries in those parts where they were considered to be most effective. Ukraine's role apart from agriculture was also nuclear and rocket science. Hence Ukranians worked in those spheres. Hence Soviet nuclear turned out to be in Ukraine phisycally

It's only because of Russia that republics actually agreed to go this way- they wanted to go to Russia. Did France and Germany do their job? No/ Although Putin tried to push them for many years. Thank God there was no war in Crimea, unlike Donbas whre thousands were killed. I actully went there in 2015 and saw things with my own eyes. Misplacing Ukranians is a lie that you are being fed for years by your media. They forget to tell you those regions are historically Russian and always had the majority of Rissian population. What you say about Mariupol and Donbas is just absolute BS. When and how could Russia fill it with Russians? M was under Ukranian rule untill recently and then there was intense fighting there/ How do you imagine it? Same with Donbas- how are you going to put thousands- we are talking about thousands, right? people in the area with military actions and people being killed every day? Use your own brain finally

hsweety hilton Russia sticks to agreements as long as humanly possible. It;s the west that violates immediately. Remember Minsk? The promise not to extand NATO to the east? Chemical weapons? As for Budapesp, it says -unless danger is presented. That is, what was happening in Ukraine became a threat to Russian interests.

There are lots and lots of cases where people were beaten up for wearing victory ribbons and celebrating Victory day on the 9th.
