Well as a civilian this seems like the perfect gun to own
1
This is cool and all but it needs more bayonets
1
I don't understand why they didn't just put it in a higher caliber. Unless there's something about the mechanics that I don't know! I believe you could have just extended the frame and just made the cylinder longer for a longer bullet. Or perhaps even make the bullet bottleneck
1
God bless you Ian McClellam. you're doing God's work
1
Now this is an authentic badass old revolver that I would love to own!!!!!!!
1
Even though the comparison to broomhandle Mauser is questionable. Especially since he says that this gun is better than the broom handle Mauser!! Just already sounds absurd. I got to be honest this gun does seem extremely impressive........ Seems like a fun gun to shoot all the same
1
gofa curself pretty early on, in this video his gun jammed up. If YOU fired MY broomhandle Mauser then you could realize that it's pretty rare if that were to ever happen to someone who takes care of their broomhandle Mauser. How clearly this is a badass gun in this video! So I imagine he takes care of this gun. Although putting it to such a high degree level of saying better than a broom handled gun that almost never jams and can eat up any surplus ammo that you give it!! That clearly sounds absurd. So you have fired a broom-handle Mauser before then is that correct? That means you know what I'm writing here is clearly true and not fake
1
gofa curself well, I do have to admit that I like shooting heavy pistols. I suppose it is loud but, I don't really think shooting a loud gun is that much of an issue long as you got ear protection. Well I suppose unless you're actually in a firefight! Then at that point the loudness of anything isn't exactly the main priority indeed. Also we're talking about old-fashioned guns! On Grand and all that type of jazz! What do you mean it is difficult to load!! All those old-fashioned things are just as if not maybe even more difficult than the broom handle Mauser to load! Unless you're trying to load a in particularly dirty broomhandle Mauser. Furthermore, yeah okay 30 Mouser is pretty rare too find. Just saying that quality-wise, these two guns are just at par with one another. It's not like it's such a difficult or massively overwhelming process to have a Mauser shoot 9 mm. Is there more I wasn't even saying that this gun wasn't even an in particularly bad gun!! I actually really like this pistol. Although I do have to hand it to you this thing is probably way lighter than the broom handle Mauser cuz I do really like shooting just straight-up heavy pistols........ I've even had people who gon shooting with me comment on how, specifically the pistols I own are heavier than the average
1
Ya know...........as a PROTOTYPE!!!!!!!!!!! This gun is actually not half bad!!! For anyone who thinks differently. Maybe you should use YouTube to look at other! Prototype guns at the firing range. And just see how well this gun performs compared to anything you see I AM NOT SAYING THIS FANTASTIC AS IS!!!!!!!!!!!!! But I am saying this performed pretty damn good for a prototype. This definitely shows potential. Along with the intro this video was given. It's pretty likely that politics did stop this gun from performing any better than it could have Much like the Jackhammer 12 gauge This gun seems like a sad story of something that could have been but never was
1
Right off the bat in the intro to this video!! This whole video is just straight up a great standard example of what forgotten weapons is all about
1
Pretty much seems like John Brown Jr got it right on the first try
1
As someone who will be owning a heart Browning high-powered myself very soon i thank you so much for this video
1
Okay I guess he's going to review all the guns in borderlands now..........
1
Well looking forward to this being the most overpowered gun in the new modern warfare game
1
Holy crap this looks like an expensive ass shotgun yet that doesn't stop me from fantasizing about owning it
1
Wow he seems really proud of this wonderful toy of his Well looks pretty cool and I'm so glad that it performs as good as it looks More power to ya Ian
1
This kind of reminds me of the latest Street fighter video game championship tournament. Yes they did have one in the year 2020. Obviously, these fellow nerds could not meet in public. So the officials decided to recognize entering a password and then putting the game on a private server. So the tournament can basically go on as planned complete with the nerds talking on headset. We all are truly alone together. Just because there is this terrible pandemic, it doesn't give any excuses for people to support each other in whatever hobbies they're into!! I love that Ian is still going forward with this tournament and can showcase it on the internet!! Complete with this video being as equal quality to his past videos of him showing himself going to SHOT show or any other shooting tournament or showcase. We can still support are very own hobbies with each other JUST KEEP WEARING YOUR DAMN MASKS!!!!!!!!
1
What a long winded joke
1
Now this is some interesting junk right here
1
Remind me of and AC 556. And you can even make it look like that classic look if you just put on the right furniture. I don't know, if you want a more different look to your rifle and not necessarily look like an AR like everyone else's
1
I can't always thought that Ian was just straight up wrong. Just mostly because HK is perfect in every way shape and form and why would they have collapsible stocks where you're able to shoot the gun exactly like this? Well then there must be some logic to it! That's what I was thinking. And then the first thing that came to my mind was "you don't have a stock because you're a lot more mobile and in a much more enclosed space"
1
Free guns are cool
1
I happen to know they also news other types of Drown proofing webgear around their hands when shooting this gun that also protects the battery
1
We will know now how Ian became the man he is today!!! So many questions will be answered!!!! So many bad dad jokes will be told!!!!!! The world shall never be the same after this!!!!!!.............or it might stay the same I don't know it's just the live stream
1
You gotta love how anal the military always gets
1
HK did it better
1
This is one of the most badass guns to ever exist known to all man!!!!!!!!! This is easily the precursor to the h k MP5. Which is a badass gun so cool that it is still currently being used to this day as we speak!!!!!!!
1
Well this looks amazing
1
I know 45 trillion is a far stretch goal but I think we can make it guys 😊😁
1
Obviously this makes perfect sense. Therefore, anyone who can actually make a difference like legislators or congressman won't take this argument seriously
1
Such a beautiful classic look
1
It looks like a futuristic handgun it sounds like a futuristic handgun it works like a futuristic can gun Ladies and Gentlemen welcome to the future
1
At 1:40 he says "what's unusual about this...." While he just pulled the bolt back on a revolver that looks like it's in the future from cowboy Bebop, which works like a gun from blade runner, also appears to be made by the Jacob's corporation from the borderlands universe somebody and works like the pistol Street out of heavy metal comic's is war machine rogue trooper!!!!!!! Yet he says "what's unusual about this is…..."
1
Well this is kind of silly douchebag gun Hood exist for no reason. Basically it was a rich guy making a toy all for himself. And much like what we learn in forgotten weapons multiple times now, is "it didn't get picked up by the military so they decide to sell it to the public" kind of means it's a failure
1
And move very quickly this gun was easily forgotten........... Which brings us to this video!!!!
1
For some weird ass reason, the video game cyberpunk 2077 really loved the design of this gun and have like 20 revolvers that have this design. Not understanding the fact that this shouldn't have a lot of rain since the barrel is I think like four inches at the most
1
I think this is quite a beautiful decent gun especially a kind of cool car buying for hunting!! At least in my experience all you really need is to rounds. (When you're hunting one animal at a time that is) Unless I'm missing something. I don't understand why this thing wouldn't serve the purpose that it was designed for. It seems like an amazing gun in my opinion for what it was made for! A matter of fact if you made it interchangeable with blanks and live rounds I feel like that makes this gun even better. Once again unless I'm missing something
1
I do love these weird ass odd looking rifles
1
So basically Cult sucks now and forever
1
Going back to the M1 carbine analogy, I think the G36 is just like the 30 carbine shell itself. People poop food all over the M1 carbine because this shell seems new weird and foreign and not what they're used to. So now basically they're looking for any reason to get rid of it and replace it with the thing they're more familiar with!! And when it comes to this G36 Fiasco it really does feel like the foreigners are coming to take our jobs scare. You're just not used to it it seems new and strange and very alien to you, so clearly you're looking for any reason to get it out of here! You actually don't have a problem with the matter at hand it's you!!!! You have a problem with YOU!!!!!!
1
I think I know where to do my Christmas shopping now
1
@andersbendsen5931 thanks
1
So summary basically: very fun to shoot in fully automatic but just know you're not going to hit anyting
1
I wish they had a red dot scope that is able to be attached to the top of it with the name Desert Vision Detection That way you can say this is the newer VHS that has a DVD attachment
1
Nice
1
Also I find it hilarious that this is a heavy machine gun that can be compatible with a Bayonet and a silencer
1
It's so beautiful and great that Ian can use this unfinished barrel shroud for what it can be useful for to this day and maybe in the future!! As a teaching tool to inspire future gun designers
1
So what bullet caliber does it use? You know pistol ammo.... What caliber of pistol ammo? Most
1
............... What pile of garbage..........................MEAAA WELL I STILL THINK IT LOOKS REALLY COOL!!!!!!!
1
I came to this video to answer a question in my head that was........."why the hell is this gun so prominent in the new cyberpunk 2077?!?!" and I have no answers for myself
