Not all the polls are done by Russian government and we see the same results even among ethnic Russians living in EU countries where people answer that US and NATO are to blame for the war. So the idea that all the polls are just wrong and actually Putin's support is very low simply doesn't pan out in reality. Good videos where actual Russians are interviewed in Russia are on the channel 1420, everyone can obviously self decide if they think the people are telling the truth or just lying to stay safe.

It saddends me that people are still this clueless and don't understand that the average Russian very much supports Putin and only a small minority, mostly of the youger generations are clearly against him.

@eagle-w3l It's not hurting Ukraine either. The Russian opposition has proved themselves to be totally useless unable to achieve anything. So we don't need to pander to them anymore and we simply can contain all Russians inside their country as best we can and let them self sort it out.

@russianvoodoo Individual McDonalds can be clean or less clean depending on the manager and how busy the place happens to be. I haven't seen anything negative in most MCD as the standards are the same but I don't think Russia is exactly known for cleanlines or quality in anything.

@russianvoodoo I don't know people that believe Russian standards for anything surpass those in most of the EU, except Russians themselves. Some of MCD restraurants I visited in US have been worse organised but they were not the high bar. Every McDonalds I ever visited in northern europe was what I would consider clean. Occasionally of course some people leave stuff at the table which are not always claned in the 2 minutes but I never had anything to really complain about, especially related to food hygiene.

You might be able to get a bank account without residency and use a bank statment from that bank as a proof of address if Google asks for it. Another thing that might be used is if you are registered at the address officially, then the local municipal office can print you a certificate of you living there which can also be used as proof of address, even if your residency status isn't official yet. Other things that sometimes are enough as a proof of address is some utility bill, like invoice for internet or smarhphone service, if it arrives via regular mail and has your name and address on it. And finally, also the rental agreement might be accepted as proof of address. And another suggestion if nothing else works: find a friend you trust that is established in EU and already has an ad-sense account and use that ad-sense account until you get your own sorted. Obviously in this case you would need to trust that this person actually pays you and it might complicate things from a later tax reporting perspective when your income is showing on someone elses ad-sense reports.

There is no fundamental human right to move to other countries unless they decide to welcome you. Countries have a good reason to not accept Russians abroad until you fix your situation at home and don't allow your government to invade other countries. It should not be our responsibility to oust Putin, it is the responsibility of Russians yet still many if not most seem to support him. Just complaining about the situation isn't changing much of anything and as you said Ukrainians have it much worse than you so perhaps you should just stop making videos on the topic and be happy that you are not in Russia and not being conscripted to the front lines.

@nadabrovitcka I think Google is actually looking for proof of identity at least according to the thing showed in the video. Problem seems to be they don't accept ru passports and can probably decide arbitrarily what to accept and what not.

I still don't understand how can Chinese deal with memorizing so many characters. Have they never thought about switching to latin alphabet and ditching the hieroglyphs or is it like the Americans with their demented units they can't ever get rid of? Isn't it a huge waste of time having to study so many characters when same time could be spent on other things instead?

The sanctions are working fine judging by how much Russian people whine about them constantly. The thing people like you don't understand is that we don't care about the Russian opposition anymore, you are a small minority that have not achieved anything and instead enabled Putin for 2 decades. You tried and failed and we are beyond caring. It's time we enforce our sanctions without caring if it hurts the feelings of Russian opposition that are about as usefull as Pope's balls.

I have learned people are often very gullible and can be made to believe almost anything with good enough propaganda. I read somewhere that for example 18% of Americans believe bigfoot is real, while that isn't propaganda and I don't have anything against Americans, it kind demonstrates how ordinary people can believe all kinds of bat** crazy things without real evidence.

The country will face the type of economic collapse that ended CCCP in 1991 and trolls like you won't get paid or have pensions anymore.
