  1. Obviously no CN will not find a way around tariffs as it's trivial to impose new ones if they would find a loophole. Obviously the end result is that EU and US will have as high tariffs as they choose to almost totally block CN cars from entering their markets. If the tariffs are 1000%, they aren't selling many cars in EU and US unless they actually build them locally. As CN has a large trade surplus with the west, there is very little it can do to win any trade war against those customers.
