@Thompson200Z What does it have to do with renters? It is the owners who pay for the repairs, no matter if the apartment is rented or not.

@Thompson200Z Again, what do renters have to do with anything? Your statement was: "this is part of why renters are and will always be scum"^ which makes 0 sense, so explain what you mean with it.

@Thompson200Z So with renters you mean the people that are renting the apartment or the rental apartments themselves? The people paying rent pay to have a place to live there, they don't care about the structure of the building as they don't own it, other than they wish it to be safe to them. So they aren't really paying for some service that never takes place, if they have a place to live in.
