@RepairGeek What about that zinc primer/spray? You think it's the same as other paint and not a good idea to place for example before the lanolin? To me it seems the zinc paint might be a good idea to stop rusting, but it might be necessary to remove more of the rust before using that zinc primer, perhaps it wont stick to surface that already is rusty and not bare metal.
