Your BMI and regular exercise explain the health, you are my height and I with what I consider close to optimal weight still weight about 10kg more than you. Depending on where they live, it's almost impossible to get enough d-vitamin from food and sun for many people. Also if one doesn't eat fish regularly, they might not get enough omega-3 which could show up as cognitive decline sooner, and no blood test will show those end results.

About half the population doesn't get enough vitamin-d, so it's kind of obvious food alone isn't enough unless you live where the sun shines througout the year and you spend enough time outside. Also, even if heart disease and cancer rates were not decreased on supplements, that doesn't tell you much about deficiencies that don't necessiarly cause those diseases. Perhaps you are tired all the time, because you lack some b-vitamin or have some pain in the feet because of lack of b1. Perhaps you lack omega-3 and get dementia sooner because of that. It doesn't mean you would get cancer or heart disease, but adding those vitamins/omega-3 surely would be a benefit to your quality of life. I personally take for example d-vitamin and even though I lived in northern europe with little sunshine in the winters my blood levels of d-vitamin were very good so at least that pill did the job and 1 bottle that lasts several months cost me about the same as 1 beer in a bar.

We should keep the sanctions on until Russia returns bunch of other than Ukrainian territories as well like Transnistria in Moldova, the occupied parts of Georgia and as compensation for our troubles we should get Kaliningrad, Karelia and perhaps the territories that Japan has had disputes with ru. Russia has more than enough space for all its people and it has been allowed to bully the planet for too long already.

What "regime interference" have they done recently? Usually the people whining about regime change, are the ones paid by dictators in countries like China, Russia, NK, Venezuela Iran etc. Places where regime change would actually benefit the planet.

@dalimillazan2877 Why would capitalism end anytime soon? We tried both socialism and capitalism and for 100 years socialism has failed every time when implemented, yet you want to go back to something that always fails? Perhaps you should go back to school and get some common sense and education if you can't figure this out on your own.
