FOR all those posting self defense and other such nonsense. WHEN THE criminal George Floyd was high on Fentanyl and passing off counterfeit twenties weren't the police charged with attempted murder and using excessive force, WHEN the black girl was on top SHE became the aggressor no matter who started the fight. She could have smacked or punched her and the result would have been a bloody nose or black eye but she didn't do that. She raised her head off the ground and slammed it to the pavement with all her might...you can hear her skull crack and then she did it again and again. That is excessive force and the rude, racist, morally bankrupt posters on here need to check their own priviledge when they say it was self defense or that she deserved it. You are truly sick and morally bankrupt.

When George Floyd was in the vulnerable position of being in the ground and the police officer was in top and used unwarranted deadly force he was found guilty of murder. George Floyd was a convicted felon with a violent criminal history high on Fentanyl that a store owner called the police on because he passed counterfeit twenties and the officer is in jail for using unwarranted excessive force. Kaylee is a skinny girl that was unarmed and Maurnice used excessive force on her too. IF George Floyd was a victim then so is Kaylee.

It is hard to claim self defense opinion you out powered your opponent and are on top of them especially if you are bigger. If Kaylee had pulled out a weapon when she was on the ground then Maurnice would be able to claim self defense but that was not the case. I have no idea if bullying was involved or not and do not care who had better grades. I just don't believe that the person on top has the right to assault, rape, suffocate, choke, or bash the skull in of the person they overpowered.

I wanted my kids to go to school with other kids that had intact nuclear families where children were raised by married couples and the couples attended religious services. There were squabbles between students but it was expected that adults would I terrine to assist with conflict resolution. No student was ever in need of medical attention much less admitted to a hospital. AND no I am not a hundred years, my kids graduated in the 2013 to 2020 time frame.

If you are bullied, and there is a history of bullying, then school records can be provided and if the bullying happened outside of school then local authorities should have been made aware and they should have records as well and if the bullying was online then those messages should have been saved as evidence. Ppl saying that a person is bullied without any record of time, place, witnesses, and actions made in response will not hold up in court. Everyone can come up with people who will agree to speak up on behalf of the person they side with. In a case of she said -she said it will be records that count.

George Floyd was a convicted felon and the police were called to arrest him for passing counterfeit twenties and he was high on Fentanyl but that did not give the police right to suffocate him when he was clearly in a vulnerable position. So even if everything you state is true (which has yet to be verified) Maurnice used excessive deadly force when it is clear that Kaylee was in the position of vulnerability.

@Jello_Jelly_Jelly Being bullied doesn't give you permission to attempt to take someone's life. Everything you posted is alleged and has not been corroborated by school officials or law enforcement. Over powering someone and putting them in a vulnerable position by being on the bottom doesn't give one further measure to brutalize that person no matter what the circumstances. The police went to prison for exerting excessive force on a convicted felon with a violent criminal history high on Fentanyl named George Floyd. Why shouldn't Maurnice go to prison for exerting excessive force on skinny, unarmed "alleged" bully named Kaylee Gains? The law tends to protect the person on the ground, the ulnerable party, from the person in the power position, the person on top-guess they aren't allowed to suffocate, rape, choke, or bash the brains out of the person beneath them.

@cjking4511 That was horrendous but not quite as horrendous as what one African Tribe did to another for centuries before they started selling them to the Europeans. Slavery still exist there and in Asia and some bury women up to their necks in sand and stone her to death for being accused of adultery. There is no excuse for the dems and their prockivity to enslaving and controlling others, those were atrocities but to pretend that atrocities didn't and don't happen on other continents with non white people is false.

@Baman21 It is hard to claim self defense when you are bigger and on top of a smaller person that doesn't have a weapon... the black girl didn't return a bunch. SHE lifted her head and bashed it into the pavement with every fiber of her body and then she did it again and again. Trying to bash someone's brains out is attempted murder.
