  9. I dont get if you are playing a role here- wearing a suit and talking about firing the lowest rung, or if you are a sell-out fuckin rich man at heart and mean it. The reasons you are giving sound like a typical rich prick piece of shit justifying firing those who make pennies so he can make millions more for himself. I am not stupid. Have you ever heard of giving promotions to people to bring them UP to the level of incompetence? That is a consequence of the corporate ladder- people are promoted until they cant do a good job, then they stay where they are- so it is not the unskilled labor that should be fired, but the ones above.
