  1. I am 63 years old. While in prison five years ago, and had just accomplished doing 100 situps a set, I was told that this was a good accomplishment. Now I do 150 at a set almoste every day. I agree that setting higher standards is necessary for accomplishments, going above and beyond. But don't do it to "accomplish" a big monetary award. Do it to excel your character or to benefit humanity. No hero became that by meeting status quo.
