  1. i dont like democrat politicians any more than republican, but fox news is bs. This guy has never worked a minimum wage job. It is not just for teenagers. Maniy legal and illegal immigrants, those without college degrees, those with college degrees who cannot find employment, are struggling terribly with $8 an hour. Where i live, I just rented a new apartment- a studio 8 x 10 for $700 in a basement-not luxury, beleive me. You figure out how I will make ends meet. Furthermore, he says "do the math" - it doesnt even occur to him or to rich people to give a raise and possibly reduce the pay, executive men's pay. No, instead, they fire the workers. In the US, we have the greatest difference between executive pay and workers pay - CEOs get almost 500 times the pay of regular workers on average. But blame minimum wage raises for unemployment- defer the blame to the poor. Him calling you smart for agreeing with his prejudice and support of the rich republicans is a ploy. You cant see through it??

  2. sounds good, we want to have people live well. thanks for all the so-called concern, but you agree with the rich- which, surprisingly, they are. do you think that those who pass as journalists make less than $150k? They are well paid to pass on propaganda and deceptions.

  3. Who says life is fair?? just roll over and let rich people distribute the wealth- funny how they get all. By the way, our wonderful education system, fueled by Koch brothers and Rockefeller foundations; teaches economics- but simple computing in an original way, thinking outside the boxes of thinking that the rich have made, makes you think. Dont you think that if they paid the lower rung workers more, they could buy more, and purchasing power would fuel the economy to do much better, if only the rich would conceed to accept say, 100 times the pay the rest of us gets. Then, with raised minimum wage, we could revitalize the country's economy. Ever hear of fake news?? fox is best at lying and promoting propaganda. But blame it on the others.

  4.  @FrozenFireFreezingSteam  do you really beleive that rich people work hard?? the hardest work, and i have been a dishwasher, warehouse worker, janitor, teacher, author, case manager, CEO, and clerical work amongst others, and the hardest work is physical labor in a warehouse or as dishwasher, slaving in a hot kitchen. do not believe the hype that riches are earned by hard work. it usually comes by scheming and exploiting and mostly by people who come from families with money.

  5.  @FrozenFireFreezingSteam  look at countries in europe like sweden and finland. and in canada- socialism works better than capitalism. and the reason big companies got bailouts has to do with "campaign donations" in other words, bribing politicians. do you really believe that our politicians have the people's well-being in their concern? If you think that they are serving us, you are foolish.

  6.  @4homemail  i have seen people start small businesses to make millions. they want riches also, so they give their workers unfair wages to enable themselves huge profits, then they cry when they have bought a big house, and minimum wage is raised, and they cant exploit their workers. When will the middle class learn not to be materialistic and to help their employees with fair wages, and lower their own expectations for income?

  7.  @FrozenFireFreezingSteam  first of all, einstein, i was being sarcastic talking about bailouts. did you not get by my tone that I am not for giving rich people more? second of all, I dont want what I dont need- i am happy living in a studio apartment as I am, next, i did not mention england, you saw. NExt, canada's medical system IS better. Next, I dont want free education- the colleges misinform the people to fit in with the lies and agenda of the rich. I dont want any schooling- i am self-educated and have authored several best selling books, and have lectured to graduate students for 15 years despite having less than a year college ed. I dont want any medical care of the type we have here- the pharmaceuticals are destructive. so just about everything you have said was mistaken. YOur assumptions and viewpoints are the product of propaganda, and that you dont know who i am shows that you are hiding under a rock.
